Vibrating Feeder

Working principle

 

The motor adopts the triangle belt to cause the eccentric block of the exciter to rotate at high speed. The eccentric block in operation produces a large centrifugal force to stimulate the sieve box to produce a certain amplitude of circular motion, and the material on the sieve is subjected to the impulse transmitted by the sieve box on the tilted screen to produce continuous throwing motion. The particles that are smaller than the sieve holes are screened in the process of meeting the material and the screen to achieve the classification.
