Powder grinding mill is suitable for crushing more than 280 kinds of materials, such as barite, limestone, ceramic, slag and so on, which are not more than 9.3, and the humidity is less than 6%. The fine pulverizing process of more than 280 materials, such as mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, is adjusted in the range of 80-425 orders (the finest 1000 eyes). Through the special device added inside the machine, 30-80 coarse powder can be produced. The large mill is especially suitable for desulphurization in various large thermal power plants and desulphurization in steel plants.

Working principle

 

A high pressure spring with 1000-1500 kilograms of pressure is fastened on the grinding roller hanger. After starting the work, the grinding roller revolves around the spindle, and under the action of the high pressure spring and the centrifugal force, the roller is clinging to the grinding ring, and the pressure is 1.2 times higher than the Raymond grinding machine under the same dynamic condition, so the output is greatly improved. When the grinded material is entered into the grinding chamber, the scraper is shoveled into the grinding roller and rolled between the grinding ring, and the powder is brought into the analysis machine with the circulating wind of the blower. The qualified fine powder will flow into the cyclone collector as the finished product, and the large particle material falls back to the regrinding.

The recirculating air returns to the blower to repeat the above process and the remaining wind enters the bag filter to purify. When the wear of the grinding roller and the grinding ring reaches a certain degree, the length of the high pressure spring is adjusted to maintain the constant rolling pressure between the roller and the ring. So as to ensure stable production.
