Structure
The PCL vertical impact crusher is composed of seven parts: feed, distributor, swirling crushing chamber, impeller experience, spindle assembly, base drive and motor.

Working principle
Using the advanced selective crushing and cleavage breaking principle, the sand machine directly applies enough kinetic energy to the material, and breaks the kinetic energy into the crushing energy needed to overcome the material. The material basically breaks along its natural texture and cleavage plane, and its shape is good and its consumption is low. The machine can realize the transformation of the two working principles of “stone beating stone” and “stone beating iron”.
The material falls into the feed hopper and enters the high speed rotating wheel through the center feed hole. It is speeded up in the swing wheel, and its acceleration can reach several times of gravity acceleration. Then it is shot out from the shaky wheel at high speed. First, it collide with another part of the free falling material after the rebound, and then hits the material liner (stone beating stone). The counter strike block (stone iron) is rebounded to the top of the swirl chamber, and changes its movement direction, deflects the downward movement, and forms a continuous material curtain with the material emitted from the impeller flow path. In this way, a piece of material is subjected to two times to multiple impact, friction, grinding and crushing in the vortex crushing chamber. The broken material is discharged from the lower discharge port.
