1. Simple and reasonable structure, low operating cost and energy saving.

Working principle

 

The lump ore is thrown into the dump plate on the upper crushing chamber by the feed hopper, and the material is thrown into the inner wall of the cylinder by the centrifugal force of the disks, and it collided violently with the counter strike plate mounted on the inner wall. At the same time, the material collided with each other to break or produce a large number of hair crackle, then the material was entered into the conical rotor cavity and was in the conical space. The spiral falls, through pressing and pressing, further cracks the ore that has cracked. Due to the inclination between the conical rotor and the lining plate, the smaller material is moved downward, so as to achieve automatic classification and crushing from big to small. The material is hit by the hammer head in the conical rotor, and the high speed running block collides with the counter plate again, and the material flow collides with each other. The material is crushed by blow, impact, shear and extrusion surface, thus improving the crushing efficiency.
