Ceramic ball mill

Working principle

 

The motor drives the barrel through the deceleration device. The broken ore and the steel ball in the barrel are taken to a certain height by the friction force and the centrifugal force when the cylinder is turned to a certain height. The throwing and falling down are produced by the action of gravity, and the ore is gradually crushed under the action of impact and grinding. The crushed ore is out of the tube through the discharge part. After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in a spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through a combined feeder for further grinding. The feeding machine is continuously and evenly fed, and the ore is continuously and evenly entered into the ball mill through the joint feeder. The crushed material is continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill. Ceramic ball mill is a continuous grinding equipment which can work 24 hours a day.

 

Structure

 

The ball mill consists of feeding parts, discharging parts, rotary parts, transmission parts (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of steel castings, and the inner lining can be detachable. The rotating large gear is machined by casting hobbing, and the wear-resistant lining plate is embedded in the barrel body, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and has reliable performance.
